Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Join with Cablevision workers and Reverend Al Sharpton as we confront Cablevisions CEO James Dolan at Madison Square right after the Knicks game at Madison Square Garden. Dolan owns the Knicks and MSG. The Cablevision COO made $28 million last year, which is twice as much as the entire payroll of Brooklyns Cablevision employees. Their union election is January 26th.
Thursday, January 19th, 6 PM
Join Reverend Al Sharpton and Cablevision workers at a march and rally outside a Cablevision garage in Brooklyn at East 96th St and Ave D. We will march to a local church for an indoor rally with the Rev. Al Sharpton. To get to the Cablevision garage, take the L train to Canarsie/Rockaway Parkway stop. (See map below)
