gore serge amatuer. ermuen — SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE ‘This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Al Dixon (hereinafter referred to as "Claimant"} and the Plainfield Municipal Unlities Authority (hercinefter referred to 28 “Emplayer").
