The date of our 0th rev iew is confirmed on 2nd January 2012. The following points are the pre-requisite s for the review. Kindly bring the confirmation letter from the appropriate organization, clearly mentioning all the details as mentioned in the previous mail. The title of the project work can be selected by the student with proper consen t from the organization. A presentation should be made for 5 mins, clearly mentioning the title and scop e of the project work. Both hard copy and soft copy of the presentation should be submitted to the dep artments, without fail. The contents of the presentation should bear the following details: o o o o o Name & History of the organization Title & Objectives of the project The procedure (or) the methodology of approach to the project Hypotheses if any Goal of your project

The titles will be corrected if there exists a problem, and the students will b e directed accordingly. The guides will be allotted in the very same day and intimated to the students. This mail is not a DRILL. The attendance on January 2nd 2012 is mandatory becau se we need to sign the attendance sheet for the review. This attendance is neces sary for the completion of the project.
