INTRODUCTION
This Plan is written in accordance with the requirements of regulation
26 of Annex I of the I n t e r n a t i o n a l C o n v e n t i o n for Prevention of Pollution
from Ships 1973 as modified by the P r o t o c o l of 1978 relating thereto.
