Whataspectsofthecoursedidyoulikebest?Whatdidyoulikeleast? I really enjoyed the discussions we held in class. I found that while many in my class held the same overall political and philosophical viewpoints as me, their opinions on the nuances of the court cases we studied varied from mine. The thing about this course I likedleastwastheshortlengthofthecourse.

I liked the class discussion that was very intellectually stimulating. The cases really came to life when we talked about them in class and discussed other people\'s points of view. The thing that I liked the least were a few of the cases that we read and the length. While Ifoundtheminterestingtheyalsobecamealittlebitlengthyandboring.

I really liked the class discussions. I did not like the group work we did. I liked it better whentheentireclasswasparticipating. Ienjoyedtheopendiscussionanddebate.Ididn\'tlikethelongreadings The direct readings of supreme court opinions and the variation between discussion in groupsandasaclass. I enjoyed the discussions held in class. However, some of the reading assignments were a bitdull. I liked the amount of homework. I didn\'t like how it was just Supreme Court and public schools. More controversial issues and more discussion time, especially, would have improvedtheclass. When we had the occasional discussion, they were good. Least: often during discussions we were cut short and we didnt really learn that much about understanding law/religion, wejusthadalotoffactsthrownatusanditwasntveryinteresting.

I thought the use of original documents really allowed us as students to get a clearer picture of how the US Supreme Court and religion are intertwined. However, I felt that thecoursecouldhavehadmorewritingandhavebeenoverallmorechallenging. Whatabouttheinstructor(s)didyoulikebest?Whatdidyoulikeleast? The instructor was very nice and approachable. She taught the class using more of a seminarstyle tactic than a lecturestyle one. However, when there were lectures, they couldsometimesgetboring. I liked that the instructor seemed to be approachable and always asked if we needed office hours. The one written assignment she assigned she was slightly unclear about so I wasn\'t sure what to write. The word \"reflection\" which she used is vague. Being more specificabouttheassignmentwouldhavebeenhelpful. I really liked how nice and understanding she was. I did not like the way she explained someconcepts. Ilikedthatshewasveryniceandapproachableandwasveryknowledgablethebest.

The instructor engaged the class in discussion and was very approachable. However, certainkeypointswererepeatedmorethannecessary. She was very nice. I didn\'t like how \"slow\" the class felt some days. More energy (and bettercaseselectionsi.e.RoeVWade)mightimprovethat She was very friendly. Least: Phrases things in complicated ways and wasnt so great at explaining things. Also I think she could have made things more interesting because many ofthethingswedidweredullanddidntsparktonsofinterest.

Our instructor was very nice and approachable, and was very informed on the subject. It was easy to talk in class around her, and she led the class discussions in a very passive manner, which I liked. However, I felt she could have had us do more written assignments duringthecourse. WhatabouttheTA(s)didyoulikebest?Whatdidyoulikeleast? PleasetelluswhatmadeyouchoosetocometoSummer@Brownandwhethertheprogram metyourexpectations. I wanted to come to Summer@Brown to get a feel for campus life at Brown. I definitely wasabletoachievethisgoal. I decided to come to Summer@Brown because I wanted to explore Brown and college life. The program met my expectations for the most part although I would have liked the first day of class to be a little bit more interesting. The class however got more interesting astheweekprogressed.

I chose summer@brown because I wanted a taste of college and I heard it was a very good program. Although the program met most of my expectations, I was disappointed thatmyteacherwasagraduatestudentandnotanactualBrownprofessor. I chose this program over others because I wanted to get a feel for what Brown was like andatasteofcollegelife.Theprogrammetmyexpectations. The course offered at Summer@Brown appealed to me and the course met my expectations. It looked like an interesting program, and one of the few with one week classes for sophomores.Itexceededmyexpectations.Thefreedomwasthebestpart I was first interested in a writing program there but it filed up so I went to the swearing on the bible one and the program met my expectations but the class wasnt as up to par as I thoughtitwouldbe.

The program was accessible and allowed students a lot of freedom. It did meet my expectations.
