Re: Cover letter for tourist visa application. Dear Sir/Madam,

20 January 2012

I am applying for a tourist visa to Australia and thank you for considering my application. I am Indian resident intend to travel to Australia for the purposes of my recency of my flying training with the Air Combat Australia at Hangar 57,Camden Airport, Camden, NSW. I went to Australia in the month of July 2007 on student visa for Commercial Pilot Training (CPL). I successfully completed my training and got the Australian Pilot License. I completed all my Indian DGCA exams required for converting my Australian pilot license to Indian license. As a part of converting my license, I need to fulfill the requirements of DGCA, so I need to do 15hrs of flying as the last date of my previous flying was more than 6 months. I got an invitation letter from Air Combat Australia, as I previously done part of my flying there when I was in Australia on student visa. The training for 15hrs takes about 10days, if weather is good for flying. I already paid the required course fee to Air Combat Australia i.e AUD 4,500. I have to come back to India to apply for the conversion of my Pilot License, for which I have cleared the theory exams. Once I get my Indian Pilot License I start applying for jobs, and get settle here in India as my family members lives. I also affirm that during my stay in Australia, I will not involve myself in any unlawful activities. I hope you find everything in order and request you to please provide me with a visitor visa. Please find enclosed: 1. Financial documents 2. Invitation letter 3. Australian CPL 4. Results of Indian exams 5. Other documents. Kind Regards,
