Start Go to Inventory -> Locations/Sites Enter the name of Pillar in Location name.

Creation of Pillar Definition

Enter the description, and the type as PILLAR, Area code Ex: CHNGRD. Press the Save button or [F10].

Click EXIT button.

Start Go to Inventory -> Components -> Frames Enter the name of Pillar in Exchange area name. Ex:- CHNGRD0078 Enter the type as PILLAR, Index will automatically populated as 001 or 002 Save the changes [F10]. Double Click on Service Type Templates. Creation of Pillar Header ..

In the Service Templates tab, Click the LOV and select the Supporting service types for that element. ALL SERVICE TYPES will work for every service.

Enter the priority as 1. Then click on Save and Close.

Creation of Pillar CT Blocks

In the Frame Units, Enter the CT Block name (Ex: B2) and position as OUT for PILLAR OUT. Enter the Product Name (Ex: 100 Pair CT Block.) Click on Save.

Double Click on Service Type Templates. In the Service Templates tab, Click the LOV and select the Supporting service types for that element.

Enter the priority as 1. Then click on Save and Close. Click the FIRST Tool Palette in Frame Containers and select Bulk Update Service Types.

Select the created Frame Unit (B2 OUT) and using LOV select the Start Frame position and the End Frame position. Select the Service Type Templates and the priority as 1. Click the Update button and say OK. Click EXIT button.
