Ingredients

Garlic Fresh mint leaves,torn Oil Black salt (kala namak) Ginger,roughly chopped Green chillies,roughly chopped Yogurt,whisked Lemon juice Salt 20-25 cloves 3 cups 1 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon 1 inch piece 2 1 1/2 cups 1 tablespoon to taste

Method
Heat the oil in a pan; add the garlic and saut. Sprinkle black salt and saut till well browned. Grind together the fresh mint, ginger, green chillies, sauted garlic and two tablespoons of water to a fine paste. Add the paste to the yogurt and mix well. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix again. Pass the mixture through a piece of muslin, squeezing well to get a smooth chutney. Serve chilled.
