Deforestation

Deforestation is a serious problem and has diverse implications . Forest provide habitat and many riches for ecosystem.Deforestation affects biodiversity . Forest fix up the soil and prevent erosion,slow cycle down and allow for more water to be absorbed by the soil thus,allow water to enter aquifers more readily. Trees are one of the most important aspects of the planet we live in.Trees are vittaly important to the environment,animals,and of course for us,humans.They are important for the climate of the Earth,they act as filters of carbon dioxide.However,the treeson our planet are being depleted at a very fast rate.According to some estimates,more than 50 percent of the trees cover has disappeared due to human activity. The destruction of the forests is occurring due to various reasons,one of the main reasons being the short term economic benefits.There are a number of adverse effects of deforestation,such as :erosion of soil,disruption of the water cycle,loos of biodiversity,flooding and drought,climate change. Some of deforestation solutions are: -reforestation ,many countries in the world have started reforestation and foresty; -legislation,by making suitable change in the law,so that cutting trees in a forest area becomes a major crinme;

-commercial forest plantation,there can be special forest plantations for all the wood that is needed for the industry,this way the wood can be cut in a controlled and regulated environment; -and do not waste paper at all,try to recycle paper as much as you can,plant as many trees as possible. We have the power and knowledge to turn this planet into a green and pleasant place to live.
