to offer our transportation facilities to your staff from the following timings and locations. 1) 2) 3) 4) 5.00 a.m. from Abbassiya to South Soura and Khaitan. 2.00 p.m. from Abbassiya to Faiha and Shuwaikh and Return 11.15 p.m. Return trip from South Soura and Khaitan to Abbassiya 11.30 p.m. Return trim from Faiha and Shuwaikh to Abbassiya

We are pleased to submit our offer for KWD.600.000 ( Kuwaiti Dinars : Six Hundred Only ) for and the above, valid for a ONE YEAR CONTRACT, which will be in effect on the acceptance of our above offer with following conditions.

1) Timely arrival of Vehicle for all the Shift (5 minutes early) 2) Fridays & Holidays transportation will be free of cost if necessary 3) Two 29 Seater Air Condition Buses will be arranged according the 4) 5)
above timings In case of late working hours, arrangement will be made for pickup of all Staff after the normal hours. Late sitting shall be informed before 1.00 Hr time. The above service will be at no extra cost. We will provide replacement Bus or alternative arrangement whenever our vehicles are under maintenance/brake down at no extra cost.

Monthly charges are KD.600.000 (KD. Six Hundred per month per month) for TWO buses. We, M/s. Alghanim Industries, reserves the right to terminate the contract without any notice whatsoever, if any of the above conditions are violated,.
