Melbourne's high-rise boom is off the boil

Where have all the customers gone? On a recent visit to DIMMEYS, we noticed the store usually packed with customers, has now inexplicably dwindled to a few shoppers, despite DIMMEYS continuing to offer a vast range of goodies. There seems to be an air of despondency that the usual hordes of customers are nowhere to be seen. DIMMEYS continues to offer great customer service and reasonably priced goods in a small local department store format. We local people should be supporting DIMMEYS unreservedly, just as DIMMEYS has supported the community via employment from junior to seniors since 1906. We need to support the DIMMEYS business, because in the current global economic climate, there is a remote chance that this development may not generate enough interest in it.
