and American student Derek Ludovici were arrested, and charged with bribing people to join a strike. Gharbiyah Security Chief: A Labor Union Leadership from Mahallah Involved in Civil Disobedience Incitement General Mustafa El Baz, Security Chief in Gharbiyah, revealed that a leading worker in Misr Textile Company in Mahalla is involved in the incitement crime committed by an American, an Austrian and a tourist guide. They were inciting Mahalla residents to vandalize and participate in the civic disobedience against cash. Investigations unveiled that the accused are: 1. Dark Ludivici, 25, American, AUC student, residing in Rashdan st., Dokki; and 4. Aliyah Mahmoud Abdul Monem Alwi, 25, Freelance Interpreter, Maadi. Four of them have agreed online to meet in a Caf in Shoun Sq., Mahalla to incite the workers and citizens to vandalize and participate in the civic disobedience. Investigations further revealed that the accused had two cars, one was seized (Hundai verna) while the other fled the scene with its passenger. The runaway car had a video camera and a photography camera as well as the cash that was distributed to citizens. Gharbiyah Security Department arrested three persons (American, Australian and an Egyptian Interpreter) while distributing monetary amounts to citizens to instigate them to take part in the civil disobedience. Tens of citizens surrounded the three on that Caf in Shoun Sq.
