MAPELODEAN We are continuing with Mapelodean every week This weeks theme was Visuals are part of the text!
Visuals are part of the Text: MAP test items sometimes require you to do more than just read! You may need to gather information from photos, drawings, captions, charts and graphs. You should look for all these helpful tip-offs to help you answer the questions.

ThankYou I just wanted to say thank you for all of the support you have shown your children and me throughout our fourth grade year. I know you are all very busy, and I greatly appreciate your help in rescheduling Parent/Teacher conferences.

Homework Happenings Starting next week, Monday the 25th, you will see the W2E/RC3 Worksheet coming home. These worksheets come home Monday and are due on Friday morning. We will check them together on Friday. These will be for a writing grade weekly. Please continue reading 100 minutes a week. I have seen great growth in our kids, but it can only continue if we push them to read at their level.

Pictures Needed Fourth Grade Farewell is approaching. If you are interested in helping plan, please let me know. IN ADDITION, we are asking parents to send in ONE KINDERGARTEN PICTURE and ONE FOURTH GRADE PICTURE at your earliest convenience. You may send in copies in an envelope with your childs name and teachers name written on the envelope OR please email them to me at brigettegolmen@nixaschools.net.
