Because of population explosion the following problems in our society existed.

Poverty. Increase of unemployed rate. Malnutrition and starvation due to food shortage. Crimes and other immoral act. Over crowded. Epidemic disease outbreak. Lack of clean water and health services. Struggle for daily food, shelter, and other necessities.


When this problems are present in our society, there is a great possibility that it may cause a slow growth or burden to our economy and that may lead to nationwide suffering.

Government designed a program as a solution to these problems and this is what we call family planning.

WHAT IS FAMILY PLANNING?

Family Planning is the use of birth control methods to choose the number of children in accordance to the family income and the length of time between their births.

EFFECTS OF FAMILY PLANNING TO ECONOMY:

When every family is well planned there is a less risk of poverty and great possibility of economic growth. Every member of Filipino family can attain a good and higher education that will lessen the unemployed rate in our country and will contribute to economic progress. There will also be enough food supply that will cater the needs of everyone.

Rate of crimes and immoral act will be minimize because livelihood is abundant since there will be a less competition. There will be enough space of land for everybody to build houses and industrialization that will not result to overcrowding.

Trough proper education on every Filipino couple about this Family Planning, those problems that affect our society will be lessen. Encourage and advice them to plan there family wisely in accordance to their family income because it may cause them hardships, sufferings especially to their children and for them to have a happy and contented family. In that way they were not just the one who will benefit but also the entire nation.
