The Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) which is a collaborative effort of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) as the lead agency together with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Local Government Units (LGUs) and the National Statistics Office (NSO) is to be conducted this coming January 2-24, 2011. In this regard, I would like to inform you that our 2nd Level Training is scheduled this coming December 8-10, 2011 at Dakak Park and Beach Resort, Taguilon, Dapitan City. This is a 3-day live-in training. Participants to this training who does not have vehicle will be picked-up at the National Statistics Office (NSO), Magsaysay Street, Miputak, Dipolog City between 7:00 am to 8:00 am on December 8, 2011. Please find attached unnumbered memorandum issued by your Secretary Hon. Virgilio R. De Los Reyes for your information and reference.
