Title: Salary: Crisis Team Manager To be Negotiated Full Time Salaried Position

Probationary Period: One year General Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Founder/CEO, responsible for the successful operation of TIP of Orange Countys volunteer crisis response program. Overall responsibility for identifying, recruiting and supervising volunteer leaders. Specific Responsibilities 1. Motivate, involve, and retain TIP volunteers. 2. Recruit TIP volunteers and assist in the TIP Volunteer Training Academies. 3. Conduct the monthly Continuing Education Meetings. 4. Debrief TIP volunteers after emergency calls. 5. Manage the feedback process to clients and emergency responders. 6. Prepare written progress reports for user agencies, the TIP Board of Directors and TIP constituents. 7. Maintain TIPs Constant Contact data base. 8. Participate in fundraising activities, including the Heroes with Heart Dinner and the Adopt a Volunteer Campaign.
Awards Recipient - Paul H. Chapman Award from the Foundation for Improvement of Justice (2009) 2000 National Crime Victim Service Award Innovations in State and Local Government Award (1991)

9. Supervise the TIP Team Leaders, the scheduler and other TIP leaders. 10. Serve as the TIP liaison with hospitals and emergency response agencies. 11. Oversee the debriefing of Emergency Responders on how to use the TIP program. 12. Supervise TIP special programs (TIP4kids, TIPTeens, Critical Incident Response, NODA, Etc.). 13. Serve as liaison to other community service organizations. 14. Maintain TIPs website and Facebook page. The Ideal Candidate will: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Have a home office and be willing to work from home. Be capable of working flexible hours. Have crisis intervention experience.
