Commissioning Method Statement a)

b) c) d) e) f) g) h) i) j) k) l) Check & Verify termination of power supply for all the cameras. Check the video cable for signal attenuation with test camera and portable monitor. Rectify all the power supply on cable faults. Set all the cameras Dip switches (i.e. Telemetry protocol setting, Terminations, Address switches, etc.) Install the DVR and connect the camera to switch or multiplexer. Check the entire VFC output interface and connect to DVR. Check termination of all console units. Terminate CCTV telemetry cable at respective location. Power up all the DVR and cameras. Check camera for any picture. Focus all fixed cameras and position to appropriate viewing angle. Assign motion detection area to camera. Connect power up and program the console unit. Assign pre-set camera position for all PTZ cameras. Event program of PTZ camera should be in pre-set position. Configure DVR for efficient recording. Check all the output events by activating the input. Connect all the DVR outputs and then program the event for outputs. Generate the events to activate the outputs.

Functionality Testing:
(i) Full function testing will be carried out for the proper sequence of operation, equipment wise.
