F&B Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: Oversee sales, marketing, and operation of caf and events Work closely with the chef on promotions and flyers Develop & execute sales strategies & promotions to meet caf sales Create marketing plan to increase revenue, and implement them through action plans to increase new customer base and to maintain and increase loyal customers Expand current customer base into corporate event and private function Follow up with regular and new customers on current or up-coming promotions To work with social media including food bloggers and food critique in promoting the caf Analyze promotion critiques after each promotion Perform administrative tasks, updating of database and weekly/monthly sales report Requirements: Marketing and sales background, preferably in F&B Fluent in spoken and written English Pleasant disposition, and well-groomed People oriented with leadership quality Good follow-up skills Able to work under pressure and independently To work closely with directors on marketing plan and promotion Opening Hours: 10.30am 12 midnight (kitchen closes at 10pm). Perks: 1 meal provided for a 6-hour shift. Transport provided for late shift staff. Only Singaporeans and PR need apply. Able to start work immediately.
