so wonderful. I feel that I have learned a lot this quarter. I learned different ways rhetoric worked, persuasive writing, social me dia and how it affects society, political speech writing, and good tools to use in my writing. It was very beneficial for me to have a lot of writing this quarter. I h ave never had to write so much in so little time. I felt that it was very good f or me to do. I was able to find ways to write well in a short amount of time. Th e only tough thing about this class was time management. I had trouble with work ing on some of the essays because the topics were broad, but I enjoyed the promp ts. The discussions in the class were always great. I enjoyed contributing t o the class and hearing what others had to say. Professor Lane was a great teach er and I truly enjoyed the course. The way she approached the material was very intriguing. The class was the perfect amount of fun and educational. The topics we discussed and wrote about were all interesting. I was goin g into the class thinking that the topics would be mundane. I was pleasantly sur prised when every essay was assigned. I can safely say that my favorite essay to write was the multi-modal essay. It was such an interesting idea, and I liked b eing able to write about something that I really love. I love sharks, and I love d being able to write about how society views them in a negative light and that is not right. I thought the photo was very powerful. I am very grateful that I had such a pleasant experience in this class, it was a lovely introduction to university English classes.
