While the story behind Diwali and the manner of celebration varies from region to region like; festive fireworks, worshiping goddess Laxmi, lights, sharing of sweets, the essence is the same to rejoice and share the happiness with everyone in your life. Being celebrated for five days, it also provides an opportunity for everyone to spend some quality time with their family and friends; and what if we get the same feeling of ease and homely environment at the place where we work.....good idea though..!! It is one of the biggest celebrations in India and each year lots of fun and frolic activities are organized with huge amount of participation; this year CTT-Pithampur organized various activities like:

Workplace Decoration Rangoli Competition Best Dressed Competition Diya Decoration Talent Show

The events received great response from all the employees, More than 17 teams participated in Workplace Decoration, 6 for Diya Decoration and 7 teams for Rangoli Competition. Best dressed competition was held between employees dressed in traditional clothes. Talent show topped the charts with ultimate enjoyment from the employees in the form of Dance, Mimicry, Comedy Shows, and Poems etc. This year the involvement was maximum from employees side and each competition winner were given attractive prizes for top three slots. The celebration was followed by firework show, dance, snacks distribution to all employees and good wishes being shared by leadership team.
