Zinc Al Flake Coating as per ISO 10683

Organic Sealer Coating Technology

Zincover water reducible Zn Al micro layer corrosion protection paint made with three packs; A, B and C. Part A as a silver grey slurry that mainly chemically combined super fine Zn and Al flakes and Ethylene Glycol. Part B is the solvent of the coating is water reducible orange yellow or milky in color. Part C is the thickener and dispersant of the coating which mainly made up of cellulose white powder. Zincover coating looks silver grey metallic in appearance. The coating is made up of Zinc-Aluminum flakes and Minerals that control the penetrative speed between substrate and moisture or oxygen. The coating has self repairing and sacrificial behavior.
