    Dear Sir/Madam, RE: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) STAKE HOLDERS VIEWS FOR THE PROPOSED KISUMU POLYTECHNIC LIBRARY We are carrying out an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the proposed library for Kisumu Polytechnic and as part of the process public consultation is required. This is in accordance with the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA) of the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. This is done in order to understand the social and environmental impacts during construction, operation and decommission phases of the proposed project. As one of the key stakeholders, we kindly request you to fill the following questionnaire to facilitate this process. Thank you in advance.
