Mix 350g of chicken pieces in 25g Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala, cup curd, tsp vinegar and keep aside for an hour. No need to add salt. Deep fry chicken pieces in low flame. Now tasty Aachi Chilli Chicken is ready to serve hot. Chilli Gobi, Chilli Mushroom, Chilli Baby Corn may also be prepared.

Chicken 700g Curd 1 cup (120ml) (8 tbsp) Vinegar 1 tsp Oil 500 ml Aachi Chicken 65 Masala 50 g
Preparation Method
1) Make a paste with Aachi Chicken 65 Masala, curd and vinegar. 2) Now add chicken pieces to the marinade and keep aside for one hour. 3) There is no need to add salt. 4) Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil till golden brown. 5) Garnish with onions and curry leaves.
