ONLINE REGISTARATION OF SUBJECTS FOR DISSERTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preliminary Requirements . Internet Connection . MS Office . Printer . MS Word file of Synopsis Report of each PG student The Head of the Department/Guides of the particular departments are required to carryout the following tasks with due care and diligence Data Entry shall be done by the college staff under the supervision of Head of the Department/Guide of the Particular Department. Screen 1 of 3 : select Faculty, College and Course of study. Screen 2 of 3 : Enter Name, Address, Date of Admission to the Course, Title of the Topic, Guide Name, Remarks of the Guide, Co-Guide Name and HOD Name. Screen 3 of 3 : Upload MS Word (.doc) file which includes "a)Brief resume of the intended work, b)material and methods and c)list of references". Please upload only the corrected version as there is no provision for any correction after uploading the file. Confirmation Screen : Shows all the details that you have entered with contents of the uploaded file. Please note down the Registration No. for further correspondence. Take a printout (shows without of your contents of the uploaded file). Preferred Page setup for printing: Paper Size: A4, Orientation: Portrait, Margins (inches): L=0.5, R=0.2, T=0.5, B=0.5 Submit to the principal of your college. Principal of the college has to write remarks, full name, mobile no. and e-mail address on the printed sheet and sign on it. Submit the signed copy of the printed sheet to the university on or before the last date for submission of Synopsis as per the calendar of events. Only after receiving the printed copy of the registered synopsis the candidate will be activated and later the synopsis will be sent for review and remarks.
