*This is an approx. schedule time change adjustments may need to be made based on the number of entries per a grade level. Come join us for the Mathews 2012 Talent Shows! If your child is interested in performing alone or with a small group, please read the guidelines on the back, and fill out the information below. Please return this note no later th than April11 . Please note that incomplete forms will be returned home and not be accepted until all information is submitted. Each student should prepare a performance lasting 3 minutes or less. However, performance time may be shortened to accommodate all who wish to participate. Late entries will only be accepted if performance time slots are still available. Students will need to be prepared to perform 2 times during their music class. The first performance practice will nd th begin the week of April 2. (Exception: 2 grade wont start classroom practices until after their April 10 program.) Students may perform when their note is turned in and they are prepared. The first performance in music class rd should be no later than the week of April 23 . The second performance should be no later than music day during th the week of April 30 to be included in the talent shows.
