2.2 Change categorization The change categorization of the said project is on a part of the system which is the design including its interactivity, performance and readability. 2.3 Scope of the change 2.3.1 Technical work required The technical work required may take 2 3 personnel to accomplish at the given time. 2.3.2 Tools/special resources Tool required are computer unit, a programming language software that is VB.NET capable, a design software capable of XAML (extensible application markup language). 2.4 Interoperability effects The impact of the change of the system will make users easy to understand on how the system runs thus, it will cause some adjustments on the user.

2.5 Technical risks The primal risk of the system is the monitor resolution. It requires the minimum of 1024 x 768 otherwise, it may cause conflict on the size of the forms. 3.0 Analysis and design modifications 3.1 Description of analysis model modifications Firstly, the database has to handle chagelogs, history and archive in which each of the data are controlled dynamically. Also a login system has to be included with administrative privilege to prevent breaching of data. 3.2 Description of design model modifications The design and the interface of the software must be readable, in order o achieve that, texts and button should be enlarge so for those users who have eyesight issues will be able to handle the system. In addition, the color must match the text so that the text would appear more vivid. 4.0 Validation requirements 4.1 Review plan The reviews will be conducted in a simple scanning of the said system including readability and colour, proper form description and title. 4.2 Test plan The test plan will undergo by means of adding data, editing data, archiving and restoring, history and change logging, data views, account logging, system performance and reports.
