Cut Off Solution : When the symptom shows are no power & no LED or power cut off, refer below for troubleshoot.
1 ) Model Affected

5) Symptom confirmation : a) Remove connector wire to HLR board. Power on TV. If symptom recover, refer HLR technical news (TVG-M10062). ( Possible due to HLR board ). If not recover, follow below method. b) Check F6101 => Open / OK. If F6101 open, please check D6301. c) Measure resistance value in between Primary Ground and pin lead 17, 20, 13, 21, 23, 22 and 24 of IC6301 by Multimeter. If one of the above pin value is NG, please change to new IC6301.
6) Trouble shoot for symptom No power, No Led Please refer Item 9 - 15 for more details.
