Abstract. In the paper are shown the results of empirical research of
the image of the economic policy and attitude of the citizens, relating to the
Mozambican state. The research was conducted in a online mode, using a
citizen

multifactorial

scale

survey,

semantic

differential,

method

of

associations ranking. The findings reflect discrepancy and development

potential within the Mozambican system citizen-state.
