Mr. Price, I really hope you had some time to relax over the break! I remember you saying that you'd be back at work this week best of luck. Below I've written some interview questions. Please let me know what you think. Also, I'm not sure what Mr. Lee's e-mail address is, so if you could send this to him, that would be great. Again, I hope you've had an amazing week!

Potential Interview Questions for Position of South Johnston Band Director:

1) How would you use music to develop a sense of community in and outside of this buildingto bring students, parents, families and teachers together?

2) During a rehearsal, one section of the band is approaching a piece of music written in 5/4 hesitantly or incorrectly. What would you do?

3) 3) It is your first day in the position of Band Director. You have the all members of the current South Johnston band sitting in front of you. What would you say to them? How would you convey a compelling vision for the band?

4) 4) You are in a meeting with a parent from the band boosters. He says that youre doing a great job, but wants to make sure all the plans put into place before you came on board get seen to. He suggests a plan of action that you cannot support. What do you say?
