in case of production facility reconstruction, modernization, reequipment or technology upgrade; and
upon request from state authority for labor safety and protection
supervision and oversight.

Administrative liability:
Failure by the Employer to comply with the requirements of the labor laws
respecting production facilities certification entails various administrative
penalties for the company of up to 30 monthly calculation indexes (MCI) in
accordance with the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
