The first case was misdiagnosed initially because of the symp and lab picture revealing ehrlichiosis and the second one as renal failure . Only during the DLC examination tryps found and both were saved from entering into the critical stage. 12. 13. False diagnosis leads to wrong treament which aggravate the conition .In emergency we need to do unplanned surgery .In such ciecumstances we must make the minimum investigation to avoid post operative complications . In large animal treament we give least importance to lab. Diagnosis..Never attempt surgiacl treatment where the infrastructure is not sufficient and you are lacking that specific expertize.will discuss it later 14.
