1. While in a document, select File from top, left corner

2. Select Make a Copy from the drop down menu

3. Change the name

Delete "Copy of" and change the name. Does not have to be specic, just showing change

4. Select Copy contributors

5. Click OK

6. You are now editing the new copy

The title has changed.

7. Replace dates with dates for the 2nd 9 weeks
