Jabu and his family are from a village in the Himalaya in Nepal.
Jabu is thirteen years old. His sister is called Pomzi and shes four years old. His brother
Norbu is two years old. His father is called Kepu and his mother Cheuki. His
grandmother is called Bajal and she lives with the family.
His parents are farmers in the village and they arent rich. Their house is small and it
isnt very modern, but its warm in the winter. Jabu is a student in the village school and
he helps his mother and father on the farm. His favourite sport is badminton and he plays
it with his friends in the village. Theyre very good players!!
