    Rumors have flown for year that Bobby Cleveland committed vote fraud during an Oklahoma special election held on Sept. 25, 2001. Inquiring minds do not like rumors. Inquiring minds want facts This is a news article from the Norman Transcript dated Dec. 28, 2001 stating that Bobby Cleveland entered into a deferred prosecution deal over the matter and that he admitted to voting twice.
