As I watch the video, I observed the following required behaviors as specified by the Danielson competencies 2a-2e and 3a-3e: My directions were clear and the students knew what to do. Most of my questions were of rigor and the students were introduced to a web 2.0 tool. The physical space was ideal and we had the students in grouped based on their character. Other effective practices I observed are: The assistance from the ELA teacher. I also noticed the following things that I need to work on: How loud I spoke.
Specific evidence that demonstrates whether or not: a) students learned what I intended a. The blogs that they created. b) my instructional goals were met a. By students being able to blog through character. b. Did I change my goals or instructional plan as I taught the lesson? Why or why not? I did not change anything. We stayed don track. Based on what I see in the video, should I do anything differently when teaching this lesson again? Why or why not? Slow down.
