    Defect Report

    Dear Sir, We have noticed the following defects in the plant to today. 1. At the R.O plant, pH-Redox, disinfectant, and turbidity monitors are installed on an open panel. Sensitive analytical instruments, using reagents or buffer solutions, must be installed in a dustfree closed cabinet. 2. The level transmitters (10MAG10CL101, 2 and 3) of condenser hot-well are not accessible for maintenance or inspection. A platform must be constructed for the purpose. 3. The position feedback units of LP bypass-1 and 2 are not accessible for maintenance. The existing platform must be extended to have access to the feedback units too. 4. The cooling water supply lines of condensate extract pump-A and B are not provided with pressure gage. Nipples along with isolation valves are connected, but the gages are not yet installed. 5. Hydrogen leak detector, NA1000MR, displays information in Chinese language. Let this instrument be configured to display all information in English language.
