Just regular 12 point conventional font. You should indent half an inch at the start of all your paragraphs. Double space everything. Do not leave extra spaces between paragraphs. Make sure your margins are one inch all around. Notice there is no extra space between the first and second paragraph. Most peoples MS Word defaults to an extra space between paragraphs. Change this. When you want to use direct quotations, you should introduce them properly, as follows.
