    Insomnia Report structure

    The goal of this report is to give insight into the day to day operations of the insomnia coffee company. the work is to be broke into 3 sections, Start up and history Financing Management structure

    As the company is a ltd, we are limited in the amount of financial information available is us.

    Start up and history


    This section will provide background information about the raw materials, start up finances(if available) economic climate and social settings during the companys early phase.

    Financing
    Here we will speculate on the amount of start up capital needed per caf and per kiosk, and speculate on average income from a high volume coffee shop(dit shop) and draw conclusions from this.

    Management structure
    Here we will conclude on the management structure for a company of this size, and also comment on the logistics and legal restraints on the company.
