Container & Goods Movement Policy of Tween Apparel Manufacturing Pvt Ltd

Tween Apparel Manufacturing Pvt Ltd with respect to Tween Brands goods are concerned, employs M/S Expo Freight as associates for cargo movement and customs forwarders. Shipments are sent by Covered Trucks cargos, Container shipment cargos, etc. As and when the factory informs them their requirements, Expo Freight supplies the requirements within 24 hours. Expo Freight is having business relation with Tween Apparel Manufacturing Pvt Ltd over last 6 years. They are trust worthy and faithful cargo agency whom we could rely on and had no dispute of any kind ever. Expo Freight uses concealed trucks for goods if the quantities of goods are of small nature. Incase of heavy loads of shipment, they also provide us containers. These concealed trucks / containers are being checked as per 7 points checks at transporters itself. Once the same reaches to the factory, again it gets checked up by nominated person who personally checks the concealed cabin as well as containers as per 7-point system check and reports to Manager. Once the shipment cargos gets loaded in the concealed trucks, the trucks move from factory to distant Forwarder which is about 500 KMs and takes about 10 hours to reach the forwarder. In case of container load, the container gets loaded at the factory in front of Expo Freight Representative & Custom official. The Custom Official affixes PAS ISO 17712 seal after checking the necessary documents on the container . (1) Action required on point Container Security as follows: Tween Apparel is having policies and procedures placed. Tween Brands Goods are shipped through concealed trucks, the trucks gets checked as per 7 point checks, than loaded and thereafter locked at the Factory and the key of the lock remains with the factory person who accompanies the truck till it reaches to the nominated forwarder .

In case of Container Goods which gets packed in the factories they are loaded in front of Custom official, Forwarder Representative locked with high quality PAS ISO 17712 Seal and the same day it moves for the destination. During movement of concealed cargo / containers, the driver is accompanied by 02 members, one from the factory and the other from the transporter. They carry a cell phone and can be traceable any time within a radius of 500Kms by tracking system employed by our forwarder Expo Freight.
