(As per experts advices) 1. REQUIREMENTS There are four types of teachers in CBSE Schools require for teaching PPT:- To teach nursery, K.G I, K.G. II. These should be either NTT (Nursery Trained Teachers) or Montessori trained. PRT:- To teach I to VI (Can be extended to teach up to VIII). These must also be trained. TGT:- To teach IX & X (Should be trained). PGT:- To teach Xi & XII ( Should be trained ).
NOTE:- Limitation of the classes can be ignored seeing their utility

2. Principal, Vice principal & Incharge 3. In Addition to above, following teachers are also needed. Games teachers equivalent to TGT (If he be YOGA trained, It is good). Computer teachers. Music & Dance teachers. Craft teacher G.K teacher (Other sub teacher can be adjusted in place of). 4. A well trained librarian: - 8 lab attendants (for physics, Chemistry, bio, Moths, English, Computer, Language Lab, Soc. Science labs & smart class or projector room) . However this No. Of lab. Attendants may be reduced to 5. 5. One well Experienced & expert separate computerist to handle CBSECorrespondences. 6. Well furnished library.

7. A projector room. 8. 6 to 8 store wells to preserve the records / CCE records of 3 years. NOTE:- Records of all the test & examinations should be kept preserved systematically for 1 year and all the records of IX & X exams should eb kept preserved for 3 years . Inspections of the record are done several times during the session by the CBSE representatives. 9. A large photocopier along with a person to do photocopy. 10. One computer for the principal to observe & check the works. 11.CBSE Marksheet software . 12.One well furnished staff room with separate toilet & urinals for ladies and gents. 13.At least 2 buses as we cannot depend upon the feeding from the surroundings, we have to collect the students from the farer distances. 14.4 peons/ 1 gardener /1 to 2 sweepers to keep the premises clean, 2 sets of persons to clean the rooms / 2 to 4 Aayas. 15. Toilets & urinals for the students (for boys and girls separately ). 16.Good playground. 17.Attractive display boards.(Either to every class separately or common 4 display boards) . 18.Toys for nursery/K.G. I & K.G. II classes. 19.Carpets for nursery/K.G. I & K.G. II classes.. 20.Mini furniture for kids. 21.Repairs in existing furniture. 22.Repairs & Paints in existing building.
