Rate Change Request: Purpose: To change customers rates who do not qualify for their current rate based

on consumption. Analyze load date from the previous 12 months of tenant history. Based off this information, determine if customer meets the requirements for their desired rate change. After determining whether they are eligible or not, scan all supporting documents and attach them to the e-mail to the account manager. Included in the support documents is a print out of the General tab under account maintenance in Banner. (Explain contents of e-mail) After approval of the requested rate change, update the rate change request spreadsheet. SCE Gage Bills: Utilicare: Purpose: To determine which customers are on the E800 rate Copy the Active Utilicare Customers list onto the data base file. Create a header on the Active utilicare column on column O titled Vlookup and enter the following formula =VLOOKUP(A3,Database!F:G,1,FALSE) Drag the formula all the way down to the last customer. Sort the Vlookup column from largest to smallest. Copy the customers that show up as #N/A onto a new separate tab. From this new tab, perform a vlookup comparing the N/A customers, to the ones in tabs REMOVED through RMVD 2012. Use the following formula =VLOOKUP(A2,REMOVED!C:D,1,FALSE), the REMOVED will change based on which tab it is, see attachment for clarification.
