Seller delivers when the goods are placed alongside the vessel at the named port Buyerhastobearallcostsandrisksoflossordamagetothegoodsfromthatmoment. FASrequiresthesellertoclearthegoodsforexport. FOB Sellerdeliverswhenthegoodspasstheshipsrailatthenameportofshipment.Buyer bearallthecostsandrisksoflossordamagetothegoodsfromthatpoint.Sellermust clearthegoodsforexport. FCAshouldbeusedifthepartiesdonotintendtodeliverthegoodsacrossshipsrail. CFR Sellerdeliverswhenthegoodspasstheshipsrailintheportofshipment. Thesecostsareforaccountofseller. Lossordamagetothegoods,aswellasanyadditionalcostsduetoeventsoccurring afterthetimeofdelivery,aretransferredfromthesellertothebuyer.
