Posture of knowledge, mudra

The following mudras should be achieved for a month to get good results.

1. Gyana mudra: This mudra helps to gain knowledge, high memory power, greater intellect, calms anger, gives relief in stress and migraines.

2. Vayu vijaya mudra: It cures gastric problems, paralysis, and pain in joints, bad thoughts, diarrhea, constipation, ulcer, acidity and abdominal pain.

3. Surya mudra: It reduces body weight, fat and increases brightness on fore head. And also fights diabetes and liver disorders.

4. Mahaprana mudra: It is useful for physique. Mainly cures disease of eye sight and increases vital energy, resistance power.

5. Varun mudra: It purifies and increases blood circulation along with this it makes body flexible and cures skin disease.

6. Apan mudra: It controls drinking habits. It cures pain of eyes, nose and ears. It cures the problems of heart, kidney and lungs.

7. Apaan vayu mudra: It is beneficial in stopping massive heart attacks. Controls emotions and heat passions.

8. Shivalinga mudra: It is achieved by performing the posture close to chest. It fights cold, cough, vibrations, sinuses and low blood pressure.

9. Parivartan mudra: Lay on your back, clasp your hands by interlocking the fingers. Then with the fingers of left hand press the back of right hand and vice versa. This helps to flush away the bad dreams and achieves sound sleep. Repeat it for 27 to 38 times, results in one day.

10.Prassana mudra: This must be achieved by keeping the posture close to chest and rub the nails of fingers of both hands to each other. It helps control hair fall and split ends, grey hairs and makes hair strong.
