Design Challenge: Oscars Cubes

A. Create the part model for the puzzle of your choice. Approximate all dimensions. Also investigate the puzzle until you figure out the shape of each part and how to assemble/disassemble each puzzle. Puzzle Pieces (4x4 inch cubes)

B. Create the assembly model

C. Create the engineering drawing of the part and the assembly drawing of the puzzle. Also create an exploded view of the assembly. Drawing of Puzzle Piece 1

Each Piece was layered the same way as shown in the above image, starting from the layer shown on the right and moving left. The lines represent 1 inch by 1 inch squares, and the cubes are 1 inch by 1 inch by 1 inch.

E. Submit in your course folder: the SolidWorks files for the puzzle part model and the assembly model. Done!
