I totally agree with it, because for me, and for most people, probably, this is the most dificult thing to do. As humans, making mistakes is quite normal, but admitting we were wrong is quite hard and not many people have the courage to do it. It is well known fact that asking for forgiveness is difficult for most individuals. There is no specific process to describe the act; however the specialists say that some stages are involved. First, to recognize the mistake and the damage to the other part. Second, communication from both parts and finally,acceptance of the consequences. Asking for forgiveness it is an action of maturity. Admitting regrets shows responsibility and real interest in the relationship with other people. Finally,the third stage is the result of the first: accepting the consequences and the acknowledgement of the mistake. Asking for forgiveness is an act of courage as communication is of a form of respect. Relationships need both, and somehow paying for the fault by accepting the consequences it a way of making a real apology and showing real regret. When we say Sorry we say it because we know we were wrong and we made a mistake, and that is propably why its a hard word to say. Admitting we were wrong is the most difficult part in all this proces. Many people are ashamed to admit that they did or said something wrong and some people just refuze to admit to themselfs thair mistakes, admitting to the word or to that one person is really a hard thing to do. One should put his ego away and think that the only way for frogivness is saing Im sorry even if it is the hardest word to say.
