and friends participating in the training, We got the opportunity to learn and understand several new things through the one months training conducted by National Life Insurance Company. In the context of utilizing the knowledge and skills achieved by the training for the welfare and promotion of the company, we should involve ourselves with full confidences. In this reference, I would like give you a small example. One day, some frogs moved toward the Mt. Everest, with the aim to climb on its peak. After reaching few above the mountain, a frog returned saying that he can not climb the peak. Similarly, other frogs also returned. Among the frogs moved to climb the peak, only one frog moved towards the peak, all other returned. Finally, the only frog who reached the peak was already blind before climbing. Thus, as the blind frog climbed the peak of Mt. Everest, we also should take the achieved knowledge and skills as the determination for the progress of our Insurance Company like the frog did.
