The mechanisms of hydatophyte neutralization by more

than 100 components of wastewater in various industries

(pulp and paper, mining and minerals processing, metal
processing, light industry, food, utilities and agriculture)
in Siberia and in the North were studied. The modern
phytotechnologies of sewage treatment in extreme
continental climate were considered. Water plants rapidly
destroy these compounds; the process of biodegradation is
enzymatically catalyzed by specific enzyme system cyanalaninesynthesis.

For an estimation of stability of the small rivers to
pollution and defining permissible anthropogenic load on
ecosystems of water objects are offered integral factor of
self-regeneration and intensity of processes of a
nitrification are suggested. These indicators reflect degree
of suppression of activity of a mcrobiocenosis of a
waterway, owing to pollution by substances of an
anthropogenic origin, reduction of concentration of the
dissolved oxygen necessary for normal functioning of a
hydrobiocenosis.

The results of experimental studies of spectral
characteristics alteration of the water plant - Elodie
Brazilian (Elodea Brazilian, Egeria densa) under the
action of synthetic active compounds and salts of
cadmium are submitted. The criterion used in The
differential backscattering coefficient were used as
criterion and expresses the changes in the concentration of
chlorophyll in the plant under the influence of pollutants.

The detailed analysis of structural changes in plant cells

was performed by fluorescent confocal microscopy. It is
shown that surfactants solubilize membrane-bound
proteins, leading to a significant change in membrane
permeability and, consequently the optical characteristics
of the biological tissue.

post-accident period, place a qualitatively new demands

for knowledge. These questions require urgent
development of new methodological foundations of study
mass transfer and transformation of substances, the
construction of systems of geochemical elements. The
chemical composition of oceans and seas is a result of
substance migration and transformation on
biogeochemical river-sea and ocean- atmosphere barriers,
i.e. in sites of "life condensation". Stability of these
processes is the main condition of the hydrosphere
ecosystem stability. The use of the new methodology has
resulted in creating the geochemical system of dissolved
forms of elements in the hydrosphere which possesses
great predictive potentials.
