There is a proverb: a flow will have ebb. The life of an individual always has some beautiful times and some bad times. The way a person responses to those situations will determine his life. The one I admire the most is my teacher in university, his name is Luong. He is about 75 years old. He is the oldest teacher among many teachers has taught me. I admire him firstly because of the things he has taught me. He has conveyed a lot of knowledge that cannot be found in any book. He still keeps studying to improve his knowledge although his eyes become blur. Secondly, that is his passion in teaching. Many students made him sad but he still teaches them as if nothing has happened. And third, that might be his pessimistic and his will. One time, he told us about his life. His life is full of tragedies. Born in the North of Vietnam, his family moved to the South. When he was 12 years old, his father died. After 1975, many things have changed. He has been through hard times. He had to go to reformatory, then being homeless and had to work really hard to make end meet. He got married but his son died from an accident, his wife left. The light of his life is the teaching career. He goes to work by a bicycle although he is suffering from diabetes. With all of these adversities, some people could find their ways to the death but my teacher does not. He considers all of them as some bad dreams and tries not to think much about them. He really loves the life, never miss any lesson. Now, he takes the job as his joy, devotes the rest of his life for teaching.
