All students participating in Experience Days are required to have expressed a genuineandpriorinterestintheparticularareaoftrainingconcerned.

Cost:

No cost morning tea and lunch will be provided free of charge for studentsandaccompanyingstaff.Studentsareexpectedtoremainwith the group during these times. Vegetarian students etc. will need to be identified prior to the day. All bags should remain either at home or at school(pensandwritingmaterialwillbeprovided) 5.5hours 8.55am2.30pm Year13studentsonly All students participating in an Experience Day programme must have expressedatrueinterestinstudyinginthisfieldatMIT. StudentstoattendnomorethantwoExperienceDays,inanygivenyear Students who attend are required to wear suitable clothing &footwear (seeguidelinesfordetails).Wewouldpreferstudentsworegoodcasual mufti.

Toprovidestudentswithaninsightintoaparticularareaoftraininghere atMIT. Content will vary from department to department. In all cases content willbedeliveredineitherapracticalorinteractivemanner. Bytheconclusionofthisprogrammestudentswillhave: amoredetailedunderstandingoftherangeofprogrammesavailable inaparticulardiscipline aclearerpictureofkeydifferencesbetweenprogrammes agreaterknowledgeofcontent,bothpracticalandtheoretical.

All students who attend Experience Days are required to complete a registration form, detailing their name & address, date of birth, gender andethnicity.Thiswillberequestedontheirarrival.Studentsneedtobe preparedtoparticipatefullyintheinteractivesessions.
