In our country, parents, especially mothers have the right to decide on how many children they wanted to have, as long as they can provide proper education and good life to each one. It is their free will to under go or not to under go through planning family, But parents should always consider first their children above everything. In Reproductive health bill, it is discussed there the advantages and disadvantages of Planning the family, most especially giving limits to the number of children for their sake and of course the mothers. It is advisable to have only 2 to 3 children who has 2 to 3 years gap, to properly plan a good life for them. In Augustines Advocate for free will, it is said there that We believe that everything which exists is created by one God, and yet that God is not the cause of sin. The difficulty is: if sins go back to souls created by God, and souls go back to God, how can we avoid before long tracing sin back to God? Augustines point is just like the families who were composed of six to ten children, because of poverty and lack of guidance, both parents and children are forced to do a sin. We became a sinner because of our own thinking and way of living. If we will continue to disregard the advantages of having a small family which the reproductive health bill is trying to reach out, we will continue to become a sinner and will continue to suffer all the consequences.
